ABOUT SASHA DAI

BILINGUAL THERAPIST (ENGLISH & MANDARIN)

Hi, I am Sasha and I am from Taiwan! I have always been drawn to understanding relationships and how they shape us. Growing up, I remember watching family members argue, friends turning to me in tears after a breakup, and seeing stories about celebrity relationships falling apart. These moments made me curious about why relationships can be both our greatest source of comfort and sometimes our greatest source of pain.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I earned my degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, and am continuing my graduate studies in Human Development and Education at Harvard University.

I have worked with clients navigating relational stress, couples struggling with communication patterns, the challenges of moving forward after a long-term relationship, and the process of rebuilding trust after being hurt. I have helped clients recognize patterns such as withdrawing, placating, or blaming, and guided them in understanding attachment and its impact on their relationships. I have also supported clients dealing with anxiety, depression, academic pressures, major life transitions, and other stressors.
